Dev and Mobile Apps

UCS TS have 6 development teams working on different solutions across 5 retail verticals and mobile applications. Collectively, these folks determine the innovation and direction of Retail in South Africa.

PMO – Project Management Office

Our Centurion-based PMO is the dynamic environment responsible for rollout of projects both in South Africa and into the rest of Africa.

Service Desk

Our service desk department is made up a large call desk housed in Bloemfontein. This high-paced environment is the UCS TS frontline for technical support to our customers, and is manned by a group of guys and girls who make standout service delivery their mission.

Technical 2nd line support desks are situated across South Africa, with each of these focussing on a specific retail solution and vertical. If you enjoy a varied and flexible work schedule that delivers intricate challenges and problem-solving opportunities, then this is for you.

Onsite Services

Our onsite services team is a fusion of junior technicians through to very senior engineers who operate across South Africa in virtually every Retail sector. These lads and ladies enjoy the open road and conquering complex challenges: they make it their business to keep SA retailers trading.

Admin – HR – Accounts “AHA for short”

The backbone of our organisation. These folks keep everything running smoothly, from managing the lovely people in our lovely offices to ensuring we have enough good coffee in the morning to get going. Accounts makes certain the UCS TS bank balance is topped up monthly, and keeps the shareholders happy. HR ensures our staff are healthy and happy and up to the task!
